By clicking on the Purchase button, advertiser agrees to indemnity and holds harmless everythingeagle.net for any and all claims and demands for libel, copyright violations, falsity, and any other claims asserted against everythingeagle.net based upon any portion of advertising material, subject matter or content used by the Advertiser relating to the advertising sold or linked by the everythingeagle.net website.

Advertiser may cancel this purchase providing notice of such cancellation in writing and received within 7 days of the date of purchase. If, for any reason Advertiser is not satisfied with the advertising copy, the Advertiser may receive a full refund within 30 days after the ad was published on the World Wide Web. everythingeagle.net reserves the right to reject any and all advertising deemed inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable.

everythingeagle.net cannot guarantee that your ad will bring you sales, we can only guarantee exposure on the website. We allow up to two (2) ads in each rotation zone to be of the same trade and/or industry. 
 
Payment due upon purchase payable to everythingeagle.net.
The listing and/or Banner Ad will be placed once payment has been received.
